Sheraton provides ten new hotels in Asia’s emerging destinations
Emerging destinations of Asia as a market are very interesting and of great economic significance, which is why the big chains redoubled its commitment there.
Among them, the company Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has announced the opening of ten new hotels under the Sheraton brand and promises to do so before the end of next year 2012.
Of the new stores, nine are located in China and the rest in Indonesia, so that Starwood will open a new hotel in the Asian giant every two weeks.
The president of Starwood in the Asia-Pacific, Miguel Ko, has ensured that these undertakings highlight the importance of branding in the region where the chain continues to hold the lead, leader and world’s largest operator of hotels.
The Sheraton brand, is responsible for a portfolio of around 60 hotels around the world, Starwood’s portfolio now has further strengthened its history, betting on the renewal of brand hotels, an increase in the market and higher returns, as indicated from the company.
